About Jason
I bring a strong foundation in operations, organization, and team support, with experience helping high-performing teams run efficiently and delivering great client experience. In my previous role as an Operations Manager for a top-producing real estate team, I focused on streamlining processes, supporting agents, and ensuring day-to-day operations stayed on track. I enjoy being a part of a small, focused team working on shared goals. I’m excited to bring that same mindset to Mainsail and support continued growth for both the team and the clients we serve.
I grew up in Puyallup and studied at Augustana College, where I triple majored in Business Management, Marketing, and Graphic Design, with a minor in Accounting. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, cooking, and spending my time on sports, music, and watching great shows and movies. I also like reading and doing some drawing when I can.
